'06 Benz E-350 noises

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Makes a "rumbling" and a "squeeking" noise from the rear of the car.
Operation isn't impaired, but very irritating"--- Can't see anything hanging from  
the underside.  Anyone with this experience or advice? Thanks in advance!

Check overall suspension appearance for anything dried out or torn boots,loose parts, etc. Should be on a lft to do correctly Rumbling could be a wheel bearing... does it change sound with turning left or right? if parked, can you make the sound by moving rear up and down?
