Hello, I have a 2006 mercedez Benz class e 350, somehow the left front seat has been locked, it doesnt move, and on the front panel I get a message saying the left front seat is unlocked !

Can somebody help me , I need to unlock my left front seat of a Mercedes Benz e-350 / 2006. The front panel says it is unlocked, but the seat is all the way forward and will not go backwards.

check to make sure there's nothing blocking the runners, things fall out of pockets and can get jammed in there.

Nop, there is nothing blocking the runners, besides the front panel shows a sign saying : right front seat unlocked ! , so it seems it is a configuration or setting problem.
