Fuse box not getting no juice.

I need help trying to figure this Mercedes benz e350 4matic
Problem, I was driving out of know where I got a warning
light of my brakes need to me decrease of pedal stop. I
kept driving to mechanic but it just shut on me.. lights
come on and all but it wont turn over. I dont even have
power in my fuses towards the engine. Please someone
help I feel is something simple Also I looked brake line is
broken also.

There's probably " mega fuses " under the hood by the battery maybe , fusible links are also a high amp circuit breaker , a multi tester would be useful
