I had a similar issue with a GM product it is possibly the heater core has a leak and drips into the interior on the passenger side, unless the only occurs after it has rained then you have a leaky windshield trim problem

The tube from the moonroof is probably not sticking through the whole in door jam. Check to see if there is a rubber hose sticking out in the door jam near the front of the door. If not you have to pull the inside kick panel out and push it back through the hole so it'll drain out side the car.
