More than likely the power steering cooler which is usually just a loop of 3/8 tubing

My 03 had a degraded transmission dipstick tube grommet. Excess tranny pressure caused this rubber grommet to finally pop all the way out. Ended up causing a flash fire from fluid spraying on exhaust manifold.

Your exhaust has rubbed a hole in your transmission line that runs through there. You will have to let the truck run while you look for the hole. Easy fix after you find the hole.
