1992 400E

Help I have a 1992 400E Model and someone put bleach in
my gas tank thankfully I was told before I started it up and I
got it cleaned out. However I still had a fuel pump go out on
me and I did get it replaced. I drove it from Rancho
Cucamonga to Fullerton and back last night and it was fine.  
This morning I went to leave and I started it right up but
when I went to go it would not accelerate. Even with the
gas pedal to the floor it still would not accede 20mph the
only way I could get it up to a decent speed was keep
pumping the gas pedal over and over and it would only go
up in little bits of speed. The lines are clear there's new gas
I had put a gas treatment in all the sensors are clear. I have
no idea what else could be wrong all comments on
previous post of similar issues is not any of the problem I
have tried the other posts first. Please help!!
