Note the diagram. Use a test light and check those fuses for voltage. There is also two relays, the run/crank relay and starter relay. Because there are no terminal numbers for those relays in the diagram, makes me think the relays are soldered into the fuse box, so we can't remove. Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. 12.6 volts is a generic spec for a full charge. As far as the starter motor, see terminals B and S at the starter motor, if you use a remote starter button on those terminals, see if starter motor will crank the engine? You don't need the key, just make sure the tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set. If it cranks, the starter motor should be ok. In the old days, we used a long shank screwdriver across the B and S terminals to see if starter will crank instead of remote starter button. When problem is ongoing, did you try cranking in neutral? There is a neutral switch for automatic tranny. I could go on and on, but, think I'll stop for now.
