is there a fuse to electrically open the rear hatch door

First check does the key function and open the rear hatch door. 15amp for power latch. Does the rear hatch lock actuator click or make any sound when you press the release? Finally any other electrical items not working locks, mirrors etc.

My rear Hatch wont open even with a key and has no sound like it usually does. My automatic door locks won't work either. Everything else does. Fuse perhaps? If so where is it located?

I forgot to mention it is a 2001 Chevy blazer (2 door if that makes a difference).
