Grinding and clunking noise

There is grinding and clunking noises that
are coming from someplace underneath the
vehicle and now it doesn't want to reverse

May be the rear differential, or drive shaft, try to get it to a shop to have checked out. Otherwise you will have to get it up on some jack stands to take a look at it.
