Ignition and fuel pump systems

My 2005 Toyota Tundra SR5 tries to it will
run off the fuel that the fuel pump primes
into the injection system but then it starts
spitting and it just turned over after that
because the fuel pumps not picking up
enough fuel for it it's a brand new fuel pump
but it's still only running at half performance
what could be causing it not to pick up r r
what's killing it to back off like that

Replace the rubber gas lines coming from fuel pump assembly to metal line to vehicle frame had a vehicle were rubber gas line was collapsing shutting off gas flow then would return to normal size when vehicle was off. Not saying this is your problem but worth looking into.
