There is a few general maintenance things you can try first check air filter and clean throttle body add Lucas Fuel Injector Cleaner to gas tank.

A fuel pump can begin to fail without going completely dead. And what filter did you change? The mesh sock inside the tank? An OBDII scan would help point us in the direction. Spark plugs, well maybe but not likely the problem but sure won't do any harm to change them. The OEM Denso plugs are good for 100,000+ miles. But before you go to the time and expense of a fuel pump, test the pressure on rail. You can rent or maybe even borrow a fuel psi gauge, Should be 40 psi +/- 5

And got to thinking.. and it hurt... even if the pressure is up to 40 psi that does not mean the flow is good. What I'm getting at is the pump can get up to pressure fine, but not supply enough flow, so a good pressure read is not proof of good pump

I changed the fuel filter and will try air filter and clean throttle body then put lucas fuel injector cleaner in gas tank. Ill fill u back in on how its going but i am a little slow. It Takes me 3hours to watch 60 mins and 3 days to have a one night stand im so slow. Thank you very much on your advice, greatly appreciated!!!!

I think i have a friend that has fuel psi gauge. Ill try to get that too and try it.
