How do I change the front headlight housing on a 2005 Toyota RAV4?

I need to access the parking light bulb, but it is nearly impossible to get to as their are several obstacles in the way, which is why I believe that the only way to chage this bulb is to remove the entire headlight housing. I did remove the top 2 screws, but I am unable to see any other screws below.

Go in from under front bumper. I believe there is a cover to remove then you can access bulb socket.
