How do I access the parking light bulbs on a 2003 RAV4?

There is no room to insert you hand behind the light assembly! I know how to change the bulb if only I can get at the light socket! Do I have to remove the plastic cover wheel wells and access the lights from undereneath the vehicle? There has got to be a "trick"/secret" about this!

Yep! Removing plastic cover is only easy way to reach socket

No, you don't have to remove the entire wheel well. I was able to pull back the wheel well to reach it. I had a hard time gripping the fixture to turn it counter clockwise. I ended up using so vise grips, be careful not to pinch the fixture to tight with the vise grips.
