my 1999 Rav 4 right front engine mount bracket bolts broke flush in engine block. can i repair with engine in car?

Bolts broke flush with engine block. Can repair be made with engine in car and
how to do it?

I doubt there is enough room to drill them out and use a easy out. The engine may have to come out if there is not enough room to get a drill down there. Also you need to see what your doing as you would need to drill straight down the middle of each bolt for the easy out.
