I have a 2002 Highlander with 225/75/16 tires ....

Can I take the rims and tires of a for ranger size
225/70/15 ? I'm strapped for money and I'm
desperately trying to save the ranger is about to be
junked with brand new tires

The Ford wheels will not fit. If you could find a set of 15" wheels for your car you could use those tires but they would be shorter than what you have now.
