Two front windows want work what's wrong

check any fuses , the master switch won't do it ? you'll have to pull the panel and see if the motor is getting power and ground when you hit the switch(s) , you'll need a multi tester ,maybe the regulator is botched on one or both

A friend had that problem and it turned out to be a bad motor. Like it says above, he had to remove the door panel and used a tester to check for power.
