My clutch

Asked by Celica_life Sep 19, 2016 at 06:53 PM about the 1991 Toyota Celica GT Hatchback FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a hydraulic clutch and it stopped fully
engaging. I checked the fluids and all over but it
will just randomly come back and work fine. And if
I drive I can push my clutch in and still put some
power to the wheels I can't figure out what's
wrong?

Maybe a bad clutch master cylinder like a bad master cylinder leaking past the seals sometimes it works and sometimes not or like tennisshoes says a bad slave cylinder.
