Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hi guys,
I have stored car for about 14 months now due my deployment to iraq. just before then, I had an oil change, may be a quarter of gaz in the tank & that's about it, my car has about 42000 miles & it's in indoor parking(covered) next to the ocean but sunny & warm most of the year. I put some blocks to lift the tires from the ground. spoke to my brother lately & he said that he tried to recharged the battery but it didn't hold the charge, the other thing is he smells mildew in the car since I left all the windows closed I guess. I will be using it in the next week or so... What should I do to have it up & running as before  please ? He also, said the antifreeze, break fluids fine & the air filter still clean !!!  Please help !!

This may sound obvious... but having someone drive the car for 15 minutes once a week or so after you jumpstart it helps gets it parts to move again. I work at a dealership where some of our cars/ big SUVs sit... gotta start em and move em... Think of Kill Bill... Where Uma has been in a coma for a while and her body has attrophied.
