Any warning lights on or flashing when the engine is running.

No lights no warning light no cluster light. Battery is at 13 volts. Relays are in good shape, no dome light when key is in the ignition no chime no head lights

If the engine on this vehicle will no start up and run....no power??......check the ALT fuse under hood. You will need a test light or a volt meter. If the engine does start up and run....you need to have computers scanned for codes. Some auto parts stores do this for FREE. Get back with more info.

Ahhh....ok......check under hood fuses. Some are the ....bolted in type. You need a test light or volt meter to check them out. Try using a small hammer and while someone else attempts to start the engine....tap tap tap on the starter motor. Get back with results.
