Bad Rear Brake Pads

Asked by Luke Oct 22, 2018 at 01:14 PM about the 2004 Toyota Camry LE V6 FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My rear brake pads are grinding on my rotors. Basically its metal to metal even
when I'm not braking. I need to drive home and its about 15 minute drive home.
Can I still drive it home since its only the rear brakes? Ill replace as soon as I
get home.

I would find the nearest auto shop and have them fix the brakes. Tow it there!

So I've actually noticed the left rear brake pad worned out quicker then the right. You can see metal on the left rotor and not the right.
