fuses blowing

When you turn on the radio it causes the
turn signal fuses to blow

You have a short then in the radio wiring and/or the turn signal wiring shorting each other or just the radio and the turn signals are on the same fuse. I would pull the radio and look for it, or under dash. May even be the radio itself.
