Pull a wiring diagram off bbb industries and look for a short to ground. Chewed wires? Green crusties on circuit? You will have to follow circuit wires and check any component on that circuit. Lights, brake switch, connections. A visual inspection sometimes leads to detection. Again look for green corrosion along circuit. Wiring harnesses have any rub through on engine or metal surfaces?

Check for moisture in your lamp housings (both sides and center high mount). Moisture induces leakage and excessive current draw.
