Find the leak! Until you find it you can' t fix it. Check hoses and the radiator.

In this weather if you refill with water rather than coolant you will have more than 1 leak to worry about

Yea I changed my hoses right after my radiator was changed I was told it might just be my waterpump, is that something I can fix or do I need it professionally done?

Hey thanks for all the help, I am actually running into another problem with the cold weather my car refuses to go into park I am not sure why
