Sounds like your IAC (Idle Air Control Valve) is gummed up with carbon. Here is a short video on how to clean. You will to buy some throttle body cleaner. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WsP2- HKz7vE You may just want to also do a full tune up. New wires, plugs, air filter, cap, rotor, PCV, fuel filter. Try cleaning your IAC first. That may cure the problem. If not, do the tune up. For all the replacement parts, you may be spending $120 bucks or so. That's aftermarket parts. To locate your fuel filter, I believe you will have to remove the entire air filter box in order to get to it.
