location for fuse for power windows

I have a 1994 Toyota Camry, the windows quit working and the electric drivers side seat also quit working. I cannot find the fuse for these items

If its not under the left side of dash in the fuse panel then look under the hood for the power junction box, it may have a relay for it too and it could be the problem again it should be under hood in power junction box.
