where is the fuse for the power seats and windows on a '99 toyota camry.

you could have a ripped wire under the carpet... are you sure its the fuse?

it wass working before and i working on the dook and it jost stop like that

I am not a mechanic but I had to remove all of my seats in my 1998 Camry to replace the carpet. Unbolting the seats is fairly simple in order to get to the connection under the carpet.

Remove door panel the pwr seat and windows are on a shared pwr supply

No no no its under the dash just take off the panel under the steering column 4 /10m screws end 3 x heads if you remove the inner housing if the fuse box (2 / x heads on the top ) you can see it. On the right a pink 30amp body fuse ... Now after replacing it test all your power windows to see which one is the slowest . Now replace that motor or just unplug it...
