Can I fit a 94 Toyota Camry V6 engine into a 99 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder engine bay

Totaled my 94 Camry looking at a 99 Toyota Camry 4 cylinder car just
wondering if I could swap engines and still be smog legal in California

Yes you should be able to. In 94 the 3.0 V6 1MZ is OBDII! It's two years ahead of everyone else! I know cause I own one!
