1993 XLE model

Asked by src91790 Oct 12, 2010 at 10:16 PM about the 1993 Toyota Camry XLE

Question type: General

I just purchased a really nice toyota camry xle. The car has 135k miles and runs very smooth. The only concern is that when I filled up the gas tank, it took 50 bucks to fill (in live in los angeles county, california). This really freaked my out because I really can't afford to spend 50 bucks a week on gas. My understanding was that this is a 4 cylinder gas saver! is this true? does any one know more or less how many miles I should get from this vehicle? I'm hoping it's at least 28 miles per gallon. Anyhow, please email mat src91790@yahoo.com if have an answer. Thanks!!!!

change your air filter, oxygen scensor & run a can of seafome fuel injector cleaner in it,pour it into gas tank, once you get to 1/2 tank, fill up again.

I own a 1993 Camry XLE (4 cyl), and I get 30-32 mpg (87 octane) on the highway, with the AC running.
