my 92 camry LE acts like it wants to choke out when i step on the gas and then it catches up and accelerates. I just changed the spark plugs%2C wires%2C rotor%2C and cap. Any suggestions%3F%3F

92 camry le, 4 cylinder
just replaced the spark plugs, wires, rotor and cap.  When the engine is hot or cold it wants to bog down when i step on the gas and then it speeds off.  it also seems to be idling higher than normal when it is in park.  any help would be greatly appreciated.
