engine vibrates at low speed

2.0l 1990 camry vibrates at low speed and harmonic balancer makes noise

Check the center bolt on your harmonic balancer. I have heard of them coming loose. Also check your motor mounts. I had the one on the top of my ' 95 Camry split apart. Another thing to look for is your idle speed. Make sure it is at least 800-900 rpm at idle.
