I am looking at a 1996 Toyota Avalon. Sunroof, 8
out of 10, garage kept, 117,000 miles,
leather....never been in a wreck and one owner!  My
problem is I think the asking price is way too high!
What is a reasonable asking price for this car?

A car is worth what someone is willing to pay and what an owner is willing to accept. Make the owner an offer, maybe he will counter, maybe he won't.
