My 4runner wont start sometimes second day this has been going on.

I just replaced the fuel filter yesterday it was in really bad shape. I could barley blow thrue the filter ,but when I did a milky white fluid came out. My truck ran great all day yesterday, but this morning it would not start again. I went and got a new fuel pump was getting ready to put it when I tried to turn it over one last time. It started right up this time. I can hear the relay clicking behind the clove box, so am confused now to what the issue is.

I’m having the same problem with mine it ran fine 4 days ago now it cranks over no start
