4runner 1995 wont start

I haved check spark, fuel pump directly , i
also put some gas into de trottle body and it
start, so i asume that i have problem with
my fuel pump, but like i said.before i haved
test it directly and it works so, what it could
be?

Check your fuel pressure at fuel rail. I believe it should be at 50-60 psi. (But not certain about your model) If lower than that you probably need your fuel pump replaced. All because you hear it running or there is some pressure at fuel rail does not rule out a fuel pump issue.

Oh, i forgot, when i turn the ignition switch the fuel pump doesnt respond. Isnt that something with electrical problem or relay ?

Possibly but not sure about your model. on some models the fuel pump only comes on if the engine is actually being turned over(by starter or a running engine) some fuel pumps don't prime with just the key turned on.
