check all fuses , there's probably mega fuses under the hood by the batt. As far as alternators go there should be a big one from the batt. and 2 others , one is an exciter , one reads charge , it won't work without an initial charge from the exciter , your experience may differ

My 2006 GV blows cold air when idling, no matter how long it's been running, as soon as you rev it up or drive it you get heat. I want constant heat in our cold winters. Any suggestions ?
