Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We own a 2001 Subaru Outback wagon.  We bought is from a used car dealershp.  Of course, the leak started 3 wks after purchasing it.  There is a small leak in the engine.  We have added Bar's Leaks Stop Leak two times.  It is still leaking. Can we add Alumaseal without damaging the leak?

did you use the bars leak headgasket repair I used it on my ford taurus and it worked fine except for plugging up my heater core , sometime the leak is TOO BIG for these products to work I wonder if the dealership use some of this stuff before they sold you the car or if it was a trade in maybe the former customer used it ??
