Front end of 2006 Chevy ewuinox

The front end makes horrible rubbing grinding and
popping noise but only when driving 25 to 35 mph

Sounds like you have bad wheel bearings, or bad CV Joints in the front end. This needs to be looked at before you get stranded somewhere, if it is the wheel bearings, which I'm leaning toward, it is not safe to drive.
