Subaru legacy 04 havin somekinda  electrical issue  
draining all the power from battery ? Itl start fine
wen jumped but only gfoes a couple miles ..il put
key in lights wil come on i hear blinking amd wen i
go to start  it i get absolutly nothin

Abs ligjt will come on and the car will slowly loose power the gauges will go all wack then completely shut off then car will die ....im wondering about a anto theft thing? So it wont allow it to start?

Look up how to find a parasitic power drain. If your battery is old it may be time for a new one.
