subaru wont start

1998 impreza wont start, wont crank and wont turn over, all dash lights come
on and headlights come on, may be issue with transition but unsure.

I would first clean and tighten the battery connections and test the battery. If the battery is strong try playing with the gear shift a little to see if it will start in neutral or in park. Perhaps the neutral safety switch is out of adjustment.

Wont start turns over wont start check engine light on has start before with same problem when moved cause it straight drive
