subaru forester 1999 probs

at first my car won't start bc of weak batt so I woul
have to jump it to start then I pulled the cables off
batt to test the alternator it would still run but was
soundin weak then b4 I coul put the cable back the
negative touch the car n it bogged down n died it
won't jump to start no more so I just got new batt n
it still won't start turn key dash turns on but won't
crank then dash light goes dim n weakness n it
won't even roll window or lock til I go wiggle the
cables then power comes back plzz help me get it
running again
