Ran my car through water grand prix 2006 I don't think the water got in the motor check my oil and it looks good but it won't start

Probably electrical and it needs to dry out. Look at (and dry if needed) things like the distributor cap. Also look in the air intake to make sure there is no water entering the air mixture from the filter canister or other feeder hoses.
