Hot steam coming from back of engine

Hot steam coming from back of engine. Overheats
after I put new water pump on. What is making it
overheat?

Since you replaced the water pump prior to this happening, check that the belt is on and properly tensioned.

check the connections for the heater hoses and look for leaks around where they go through the fire wall.
