my drivers side power window won't go up

please help me with my power window coming up. It acts like it wants too, but doesn't

Can you still hear the motor working? If so, It does sound like your window regulator failed. You will need to replace it. To do so, you will need to disconnect the battery, and then remove the inner door panel to access. Look on youtube to see if there is a video to help you.
