Battery losing power

I have a 2003 Grand Prix my battery light came on 1st them light on the inside
started to dim then go completely off while driving then it just cut off..I
replaced the battery and alternator and its still doing the same thing and also
idling high

I would start by checking all the wire connections from your alternator. sounds like you have a bad/broken wire or connector.
