Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Somehow the window drive cable got
kinked on the spool on my wife's car.
Motor and switch still operate properly, but
cable doesn't allow window to raise fully.
Anyone have any reasonable ideas?

Take the interior door skin off and if you can't fix the cable, you will need to replace the window regulator. Here are instructions: http://www.dormanproducts.com/DigitalAssets/Document/741- 809_IS.pdf

Dorian, Thanks for the info and link. Picked one up at the local parts store and installed it. Very simple and straightforward. My wife and baby are both much happier! Thanks again!
