I had a 1996 Grand Prix SLE that was given to me, every single window failed. The switches, the motors, and each time, the glass would fall off the track. You would want to remove the door panel and replace the glass on the power window track. (the track is what keeps the glass aligned when you roll the window down and up). If the motor and the switch is still working, its most likely that the door has been slammed to hard, or closed too many times over the last 15 years and it just needs to be replaced. Its a very simple task. There are several YouTube videos on how to do this. Best of luck Jason!

sixfootsix - Did you mean to say replace the glass or to say replace the track?

You just need to put the glass back on the track, sometimes after several years of the door being closed or slammed, the class will fall off the track (usually there are small clips that hold the glass on the track). You shouldn't have to replace anything as it sounds like the motor, the switch, and the track are all functional, the glass simply fell off the track :)
