Dash light wont work but all the other lights work and no fuses r blown. The roller dimmer switch turns the interior lights on still. Is it a bulb or something

And could all so be the dimmer switch,even thoe it cuts the interior light on.

Not likely it is all the bulbs. More likely it is the dimmer knob on the dash or a loose power connection to the PC board in the dash cluster (assuming your fuse is OK).
