Engine only heating to 170 and not giving heat

I have had the thermostat and radiator replaced, the radiator flushed and a new heat
module put in.  My engine temp doesn't seem to get past 170 and I'm getting very little
heat.  HELP!!!  it's cold outside :(

your system may need more fluid, or their might be air in the system that needs bled. It is also possible that your new stat is bad. I would check levels and bleed first though.
