Clock/Radio/CD/Volume Resets When car turns on

Everytime I turn my 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP on the clock reads 1:00,
Radio/CD player are off, and the volume is at min. Any Ideas?

They all work fine just annoying switching to CD and turning the volume up
every time I get in the car.

ALright but I do have an update, now sometimes when the car turns on the clock wont even come up. But I can still play CD and radio the display is just ¨off¨. it will come back on but Idk y or how.
