I have a 2001 Pontiac grand prix gt 3.8. Water was leakin so I changed out water pump and put in a new one. But its still leaking. Could it be heater coil elbows?

Change the elbows even if they're not leaking (kind of like you did with the water pump). They are prone to failure and a $5 part becomes a $300 part if it blows on the road and you have to take it in to a shop like I did. After that check hoses and intake gaskets. If its a very minor gasket leak treat the system with Bars Leak and save yourself a ton of money. Leaky hoses are sometimes just clamps that need tightening. Old hoses should be replaced.
