And also when it does it the gauges all go to 0 and the lights flash

Got another question when driving down the road the temp gauge is the first big mark above 160( don't recall what it is lol) but if u idle in traffic it will reach 200 then go right back down once u take off Just put a 195 stat and bled all the air out ??

When my car cut out like yours did in the first question, it was just a clogged fuel filter.
